chore(dsh-tongflow): support dsh 0.2.1-alpha - #222

Add the ^0.2.1-alpha.0 line to the dsh peer ranges and engines.dsh, accept cordis 4.0.5-alpha, and pin devDeps to 0.2.1-alpha.1. No source changes: PLATFORM_MODULES and both slot names are unchanged upstream. Verified on a real 0.2.1-alpha.1 host (routes, boot graph, Studio render, clean console).
