TONGFLOW_STUDIO_ROOT usually reaches the server from a JSON file — a Claude Code settings env block, an MCP client config — where no shell expands ~. ~/.dsh/tongflow resolved to a folder literally named ~ under the working directory.

resolveStudioRoot now treats a leading ~ / ~/ as the home directory; ~name and a ~ further into the path stay as written. Tests cover the default, the precedence of the configured path over the environment, and the expansion.

Last change before the first npm publish of tongflow-studio 0.1.0. The packed tarball was installed in a clean directory against npm's tongflow@0.2.0 and driven over stdio: catalog, new / patch / validate, a local run, plugins list, the Studio page link.
