Tampermonkey script to allow custom playback speeds in PluralSight site.
note: right now, we can't change the speed on-the-fly like we used to. Until that gets figured out, just hit the speed you want, then refresh the page and it'll take effect.
Some videos are too slow so it's nice to be able to get playback speed > 2x plus it's helpful to have the speed control up front rather than in a menu.
