Compile NodeJS for unsupported arches

As can be seen in #483, the 12.x NodeJS LTS no longer has armv6 binaries, and there haven't been 32 bit binaries for a while now. It'd be nice if we build them ourselves. This is sort of related to the qemu discussion here.
