Business Problem

Delta Fabricating needed a company-wide, ISO 9001-compliant quality system with accessible process documentation for shop floor operations — without existing standardized documentation or knowledge management practices.

• Requirements gathering against ISO 9001 compliance standards
• Process mapping for 30 distinct manufacturing operations
• Documentation standards development for consistency across all process docs

• Built the quality system in Notion, using Claude to accelerate documentation creation
• Created Process Documentation for 30 manufacturing operations
• Made documentation scannable on the shop floor via QR codes for instant access at the point of use
• Created training material and procedure documentation for the incoming AP/AR intern, and delivered full training
