We're a small collective of fellow tired IT humans — admins, engineers, and tinkerers who got tired of how needlessly painful modern IT has become.
Too much of the job is fighting the tools instead of doing the work: half-documented PowerShell, brittle scripts, portals that bury the one setting you actually need, and yet another console to babysit. We think it should be easier than that.
So we build the tools we wish we already had — small, focused, and made to take the friction out of the day — so we can all spend a little less time fighting IT and a little more time enjoying life.
-
azapptoolkit — a native desktop app for managing Microsoft Entra ID app registrations. No PowerShell modules, no scripting, no service principal of its own — just sign in and go.
-
ninjaone-patch-toolkit — a native desktop app for patching-operations teams. Sign in to the NinjaOne API, filter the fleet, see every pending patch per server, and export it all to Excel.
More on the way.
Tired IT Humans is open to fellow humans who'd rather fix the friction than live with it. If you've got an idea for a tool — or a half-built one that needs a second pair of hands — we'd love to hear it.
- 💡 Have an idea? Start a discussion and tell us what's making your IT life painful — that's where most of our tools start.
- 🔧 Want to build? Fork any project, hack on it, and send a pull request. Contributions of every size are welcome.
- 👋 Just want to say hi? Say hello in Discussions — no résumé, no interview loop, no on-call rotation.
You look tired too. Come help us make IT hurt a little less.
