feat: 错误上报——PageError 单 sink、E7 接入、栈经 source map 回映射到 .tsx - #6

Kotlin：七类错误统一为 PageError（kind / 页面 / buildId / message / 入口 / 原始栈 / 映射后的帧 / op）经 PageSink.error() 交出；E7 接 quickjs-kmp 的 onUnhandledRejection；SourceMaps 解析 source map v3 （VLQ）按模块名惰性映射栈帧；BuildManifest 读 manifest.json； PageModule 带模块名与 buildId；失败页在 TinyUI.debug 下显示映射后的栈。 CLI：thunk pass 的内联 map 改用绝对路径作 source（相对路径被 esbuild 再解析一次，sources 出现 src/pages/src/pages/ 重复）；输出后把 sources 改写为相对项目根；manifest 加 buildIds（.js 的 sha256 前 8 位）。 core：call() 记下调用点的栈，HostError 带着它 reject——await 无人 catch 的 E7 因此指向业务的 await 行，而不是 core 的 reject 入口。 sample：debug 默认带 .js.map 进资源（-Ptinyui.maps=false 不带）， App 读 manifest 与 map 交给 SourceMaps。方案见 build-chain.md §7。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
