[建议] 实际 QuickJS 环境没有原生 timer，installGlobals() 会把 setTimeout 映射为 __host_call("timer.schedule", ...)，但这里无条件以 E_UNSUPPORTED reject，且该 timer 的 reject 回调为空，所以定时器回调永远不会执行。__host_send 也没有处理对应的 timer.cancel。应在 PageHost 中维护定时任务并在到期后调用 resolve(cbId, "")，同时实现取消和页面关闭时的清理。

已改 1ca1181：PageHost 落地 timer.schedule（scope 内 delay 后 resolve(cbId, "")）与 timer.cancel，定时任务表随页面关闭取消；补了经真实引擎的定时器测试。

已改 ae5a180：timers 只在持 JsRuntime 锁时访问（schedule 与 timer.cancel 在宿主函数内、到期移除放进 resolve 入口的 before 步骤），close() 只 cancel scope 不再遍历；cancel 的 cbId 先解包。
