Grabs Twitter API keys and tokens from env variables
See title. Fabfile + genconfig for hosts. Should work on any host with docker installed.
Made a small change so that pusher doesn't depends on config.json. fab deploy only looks at the hosts directory for what will be pushed.

@maxstr 's changes for docker, however has lots of issues.
Lots of files here shouldn't be added (IE tools/flumotion-config/pusher/lib/*)
