Let's use the "p" label for defining the parameter. This seems pretty common in the literature on the Tweedie and is also used by the TMB function.
Changed psi to p in the output for the multivariate tweedie distribution

I proposed two changes to how MVTweedie parameters are being reported in the report table. I changed "power" to psi, which is the notation from the Thorson paper, and I corrected how the value is being reported (needed to add 1, so its bounded between 1 and 2).
