feat: support pnpm v11

Summary

• add pnpm v11 detection while retaining lockfile v9 support
• reuse pnpm v10-compatible dependency path naming for v11
• add a pinned pnpm 11.17 fixture and extend multi-version tests
• update CI to Node 22.14 and bump package versions to 0.3.5

Testing

• pnpm --recursive run build
• pnpm --recursive run lint
• full API test suite: 10/10 passed
• pnpm 8–11 compatibility matrix: 4/4 passed
