Before: The Agent Context Files page said the CLI puts
SKILL.mdin~/.claude/and that any AI coding agent on the machine uses it. It also said the file covers--dry-runbest practices and environment variable setup, but the CLI has no--dry-runflag and the file covers neither. The TIGRIS.md template calledget("path/file.txt")without the required format argument.
