chore(deps): migrate kefka to github.com/Xe/kefka v0.1.2 - #20

Conversation
kefka moved from tangled.org/xeiaso.net/kefka to github.com/Xe/kefka. The Go code is the same apart from the module path, so only imports, go.mod, and the architecture doc change. The vendored billysh wiring in internal/kefkash still matches upstream. v0.1.0 and v0.1.1 shipped their WASM blobs as Git LFS pointers, which made objgitd panic at startup. v0.1.2 embeds the real binaries. Summary
tangled.org/xeiaso.net/kefka v0.0.8togithub.com/Xe/kefka v0.1.2.cmd/objgitd/hooks.goandinternal/kefkash, and the module path indocs/architecture/hooks.md.Details
Apart from the module path, the Go code is the same, so the vendored
billyshwiring ininternal/kefkashstill matches upstream. Do not use v0.1.0 or v0.1.1: they shipped their WASM blobs as Git LFS pointers, andobjgitdpanics at startup with them. v0.1.2 embeds the real binaries.Test plan
go build ./...npm run format(no changes to the touched files)go test ./...passes, includingcmd/objgitd, which runs the example hook in the kefka sandbox
