feat(hooks): add kefka WASM and uutils commands - #17

Use the upstream tag for the existing kefka commit. The tag and recorded checksums let clean module caches resolve the dependency through Go’s normal proxy and direct fallback. Assisted-by: GPT-6 via Codex Signed-off-by: Xe Iaso <xe@tigrisdata.com>
Upgrade kefka and preserve mount-qualified names on opened files. The newer uutils coreutils binary stats files after open, which otherwise makes head fail on files under /src. Assisted-by: GPT-6 via Codex Signed-off-by: Xe Iaso <xe@tigrisdata.com>
