Summary

  • Update install script URLs from raw.githubusercontent.com/.../main/scripts/ to github.com/.../releases/latest/download/
  • Affects: INSTALL.md, scripts/install.sh, scripts/install.ps1, src/utils/update-check.ts
  • Since the release workflow already uploads both scripts as release assets, this ensures users always get the install script matching the latest release

Test plan

  • curl -fsSL https://github.com/tigrisdata/cli/releases/latest/download/install.sh | sh works correctly
  • Build and tests pass

Note

Low Risk
Low risk documentation/string changes that only affect the recommended install/update command URLs. Behavior of the installers and update check logic is unchanged aside from where the scripts are downloaded from.

Overview
Switches the documented and suggested install/update commands to download install.sh/install.ps1 from GitHub release assets (releases/latest/download/...) instead of raw.githubusercontent.com on main.

This updates INSTALL.md, the usage headers in scripts/install.sh and scripts/install.ps1, and the binary update hint returned by getUpdateCommand() in src/utils/update-check.ts to keep all user-facing instructions consistent with the release workflow.

Point install script URLs to GitHub releases/latest/download/ instead of
raw.githubusercontent.com/main/ so users always get the script matching
the latest release, not whatever is on main.
