also move fetchOrganizationsFromUserInfo from fly to client

client.tsnow uses aclaimsNamespaceconfig value, storage orgs are typed as IAMOrganization, and credential org assignment is now explicit (storeCredentialOrganization(orgId, 'saved'|'temporary')) with corresponding updates toconfigure/credentials login and tests.
