This repository is moving into the Tigris monorepo at tigrisdata/storage under
packages/agent-shell(playground underapps/agent-shell-playground).Adds a banner to the top of the README pointing there, ahead of archiving this repo. Development, issues, and releases continue in the monorepo; the npm package
@tigrisdata/agent-shellis unaffected (now published from the monorepo, latest0.7.1).Squash-merge this, then the repo gets archived.

Overview
Adds a GitHub IMPORTANT callout at the top of
