CI matrix omits Node 24

Medium Severity

This PR sets node-version to 24 in the release and playground deploy workflows but leaves the CI matrix at [20, 22]. Pull requests are no longer validated on the same Node version used to build, test, and publish on main, so Node 24-only failures can merge even when CI is green.
