BYO provider API keys are a user-facing seam of the assistant, not a layer. Adds a routing row (and a description trigger) pointing at the settings-mount pattern and BYO-keys worked example in architecture-first (references/extract-a-concern.md, landing in thorwhalen/my_skills#14).
Docs-only change to a dev skill under .claude/skills; not part of the shipped package, so the merge carries [skip ci] to avoid a release.
