Run TrajClassifier in headless mode?

I've was wondering if you had an example python script of running in headless mode? That would be super helpful if I could use this without the GUI interface.

Hi,

TraJClassifier was written for ImageJ1. Unfortunately, headless mode does not work properly in ImageJ1.
