feat: add plugin parameters (includes and excludes)

Add the includes and excludes parameters to the plugin to specify more precisely which images require extracting EXIF information. In most scenarios, images do not need EXIF information, and some images may not even contain EXIF data (such as icons, article illustrations, etc.). Extracting EXIF information for all images can lead to many error messages during gatsby develop or gatsby build processes.

Would love for this to be in, I have the same issue where half my images don't have any and I haven't found a way to silence the hundreds of warnings :/

You can try @zhouhua-dev/gatsby-plugin-sharp-exif. I forked this repo and add the code of this pr, but it was only for my personal use before, so I didn't update the document.
