PerfectSuzanne

Adds the Perfect Suzanne Mesh to Blender's list of primitives.

Perfect Suzanne is the regular Suzanne that comes with Blender, only this version has the interpenetration between eyeballs and eyelids fixed that regular Suzanne has when un-subdivided.
