Investigate: fresh-install admin notice styling (needs a genuinely fresh site to test) #78

Description

Summary

Investigation flag: possible hardcoded/inconsistent styling in a first-run "fresh site" admin notice, matching a ColorMag fix this cycle.

Context

ColorMag fixed "fresh-site content notice and hardcoded styles" this cycle (colormag#326) — an admin-only cosmetic issue on a first-run notice.

What needs investigating

Whether Spacious/Accelerate show an equivalent first-run/fresh-install admin notice, and if so, whether it has similar hardcoded (non-theme-aware) styling. This requires testing against a genuinely fresh/unconfigured WordPress install — the current test-theme.local site is already fully set up, so this wasn't reproducible in this session without either a fresh site or simulating the "just installed" condition (e.g. clearing the relevant option that suppresses the notice).

Environment

All four themes

Surfaced during a cross-product PR review pass; admin-only cosmetic, low priority.

Consolidating issue tracking: this is tracked going forward in Accelerate Pro as themegrill/accelerate-pro#45 (labelled free+pro there since it affects both themes). Closing this copy to avoid duplicate tracking.
