feat(crisp): link + confidence in summaries, pause draft replies, skip similar notes

• Stage 1 summary: table of escalated conversations with Crisp link, repo, kind, via, classifier confidence (classifier now returns confidence 0-100).
• Stage 2 summary: Crisp link + confidence on top; agent note gains a - Confidence: NN/100 line.
• Draft customer replies paused in the prompt (parser tolerance kept; re-enable by restoring prompt text).
• crisp-post-note: skip when a similar investigation note (same category, >=80% token overlap, confidence ignored) already exists; posts anyway if the lookup fails.
