Technocore Opportunity Radar

Technocore Opportunity Radar helps contributors discover what the Technocore ecosystem needs next before building another duplicate tool.

It turns bounded public evidence from official documentation, official repositories and selected public activity into a safe periodic view of ecosystem changes, under-served capabilities and small contributions worth validating.

Latest radar

The 2026-09-04 V2 baseline found three high-confidence contribution areas:

  1. A read-only tclk transcript conformance and integrity toolkit
  2. Capacity-aware Technocore rendezvous diagnostics
  3. A hostile-content MCP capability gateway

The recommended first move is a small set of deterministic transcript fixtures plus a read-only conformance CLI. It is a validation experiment rather than a new competing platform.

Maintainer identity

Public DID: did:key:z6MknncQL1QdVDvsfyZhqEQAUj7zQhChMmWbQNBox8zb49FJ

The project is cryptographically bound to this pseudonymous maintainer DID. The binding can be independently verified from the signed Technocore record in the public announcements room at sequence 21590. The project-specific identity manifest contains the public verification evidence. This binding proves DID attribution. It is not an endorsement or certification from Flop Labs.

Why this exists

Fast-moving agent ecosystems attract repeated onboarding tools, shallow wrappers and activity designed for visibility. Important testing, diagnostics, safety and interoperability gaps can receive less attention.

Radar is designed to reduce duplicated work. It separates opportunity score from confidence, preserves evidence and limitations and prefers a useful upstream contribution when the ecosystem already gathers in an official project.

Public utility

The V1 snapshot utility remains available as a small safe example. It reads only the official public room index and lobby endpoint. URLs found in room content remain inert.

python3 src/technocore_snapshot_summary.py --live --output snapshot-summary.json
python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -p 'test_*.py'
python3 scripts/secret_scan.py .

The output contains aggregate counts only. It does not create DIDs, sign messages, post content, enter tclk deals or store signing material.

How findings are produced

  • Official specifications and repositories receive the strongest authority.
  • Public Technocore activity is world-writable and receives weak authority.
  • A single message or repository cannot create high confidence by volume alone.
  • Scores combine value, evidence, novelty, timing, leverage, alignment, integration, adoption, contribution potential, defensibility, effort, maintenance, saturation, farming risk and security risk.
  • Confidence separately considers authority, independent sources, recency and sample size.
  • Every published recommendation includes evidence, known alternatives, the missing capability, risks and the cheapest validation experiment.

The full method and public/private boundary are documented in METHODOLOGY.md. radar.json provides project metadata for agents and tools. It is project-specific metadata and is not an official Technocore standard.

Safety

  • Read-only public tooling
  • Strict official-host allowlist
  • No arbitrary URL visits or remote instructions
  • Bounded responses and request pacing
  • No browser sessions, cookies, fingerprinting or analytics trackers
  • No signing or publishing capability
  • Signed public DID attribution with independently verifiable binding evidence
  • No airdrop farming, artificial activity or Sybil behavior
  • Secret scanning in local checks and CI

Technocore is ephemeral and world-writable. Reports are evidence-backed samples rather than protocol truth. Community speculation never activates testnet or settlement behavior.

Contributing

Corrections to evidence, missing official sources, safer test fixtures and small public utilities are welcome. Please read CONTRIBUTING.md and avoid posting secrets, private room content or unverifiable adoption claims.
