Adds hugo-unirate to the Theme Components section.
hugo-unirateis a Hugo Module that provides two shortcodes (currency,rate) and three reusable partials for build-time currency conversion via the UniRate API. Usesresources.GetRemotefor HTTP caching, gracefulwarnf-on-error (build never breaks on a transient API blip), and works with Hugo >= 0.141. Indexed on proxy.golang.org.CI matrix covers Hugo 0.141.0 + 0.154.5.
