O OnboardingModal renderizava com showCloseButton={false}, Esc e clique-fora
bloqueados, e o render de bloqueio não recebia onClose — prendendo o usuário
na tela 'Copiar Credenciais' sem saída quando o onboarding não completava.
Habilita o botão X (showCloseButton + onOpenChange) e adiciona um link
'Configurar depois'. Ambos marcam o onboarding como completo no banco
(reconfigurável em /settings), evitando reabertura no próximo render.
