Add Codex marketplace metadata and package manifests for the Han plugin layers so Codex can install the resource-bearing packages directly. Document the Codex install flow and quote existing argument hints so the affected skill frontmatter parses as valid YAML during Codex validation.
Rename Codex-facing Han plugin identifiers from Claude-style dotted names to hyphenated names accepted by the Codex CLI. Keep the existing package directories and Claude plugin metadata unchanged while updating the Codex marketplace and install documentation.
Document that Codex does not yet support the Han meta-plugin install flow and keep the README install instructions split by tool.
Replace fork-specific oppegard/han references in Codex install docs and plugin metadata with testdouble/han for the upstream PR.

@oppegard this is great! thank you :) i've been wanting to get support for other agents built into this. before i take this for a spin and get it merged, i wanted to check and see if this is ready to go - the PR is still in draft mode, so i didn't want to assume it's ready |

@oppegard yeah, i've been having problems with the dot-separator in claude, too. i'm going to get this and the other open PR merged in as soon as i can, and then do a v4.0 release where i rename everything to dash-separator instead: |
