After merging the eight bumps, the root
go.modrequiresmoby/moby/client v0.6.0, and every module resolves it through thereplaceto the root. That left the other 79 modules with a stalego.mod, which would fail themodTidylint step on the next PR touching them. This PR therefore includes one extra commit runningmake tidy-all, which only changes themoby/moby/clientandmoby/moby/apilines in those modules'go.mod/go.sum. It also makes the dependabot PRs still pending for those modules redundant.
