• Make pyBOAT a true x-platform application

  As of now, pyBOAT relies on the Anaconda Navigator Desktop app to be installable without using a terminal. This seems more and more fragile and requires users to download this kinda bloated nagigator app and create an Anaconda account. Providing x-platform stand alone installers would solve this.
