The public repo tracked internal planning notes (.claude/ specs, reports, plans, handoffs) and internal docs that expose work-in-progress framing. Keep them local only; the repo should present the product, not the process. - untrack .claude/ (40 files) and add it to .gitignore - remove internal docs: docs/HANDOFF.md, PROGRESS.md, TODO.md, PLAN.md - docs/DEPLOYMENTS.md, deployPaymasterFixed.ts, eslint.config: drop internal scheduling/planning phrasing from comments; keep the technical content No product code or on-chain state changes.
