One page or two?

One page for early career. Two is fine and normal past roughly eight to ten years of relevant experience. Three needs a very good reason.

Should I include a photo?

Regional. Common in much of Europe, Asia and the Middle East; discouraged in the US, UK, Canada and Australia where it raises bias concerns. Match the market you're applying into.
