Verified IQS 1200-baud boot, application readback (1745/1745 blocks), identical main UF2 reflash, CDC Debug log reception and Studio response. Keep aggregate CDC recovery pending for LPPS only. No source/settings changes; optional IQS tests remain unchanged. Local validation: 22 ledger entries and 45 dashboard tests passed.
