Record owner acceptance after flashing the verified main IQS artifact b3191a4. Mark IQS input, Studio UI and LEDs passed, and aggregate LED checks passed for all three variants. Keep LPPS/IQS same-image CDC recovery pending; do not change optional IQS additional validation. No firmware changes or new device writes. Validation: 22 ledger entries and 45 dashboard tests passed.
