What is FACETS?

FACETS is a tool for analysis of allele-specific copy-number for paired tumor-normal DNA-sequencing data from genome-wide and targeted assays. It was developed by Ronglai Shen and Venkatraman Seshan. For questions about the FACETS algorithm, check out the repository and the paper.

What is facetsSuite?

facetsSuite is an R package with functions that wraps the essential functionality of FACETS and provides additional tools for plotting and post-hoc analyses. Basic instructions for running FACETS and using these tools are in the readme on the frontpage. More details are provided within these pages.
