- Added a new BatchTagDialog component for managing tags across multiple tasks.
- Integrated batchApplyTaskListtags API for applying tags in bulk.
- Updated List.vue and other components to open the BatchTagDialog and handle tag operations.
- Enhanced i18n support with new translations for batch tag dialog messages.
