chore(release): 0.16.1 — StrictMode-safe timeline playback clock and frame provider

Patch release bundling the two StrictMode timeline-editor lifecycle fixes now on main:

• fix(sequences): make the timeline playback clock StrictMode-remount safe #59 — playback clock rebuilt per mount (fixes the PlaybackClock is disposed route crash under StrictMode).
• fix(sequences): land the owned frame-provider StrictMode fix on main #62 — owned VideoFrameProvider given the same effect-owned lifecycle.

package.json bump only. Tag v0.16.1 follows on merge to trigger the npm publish.
