This PR makes release 0.0.18.
What changes:
Cargo.toml,Cargo.lockandfuzz/Cargo.lock.CHANGELOG.mdhas the section 0.0.18 with the changes since 0.0.17: subqueries in expressions (Add subqueries in expressions #159), the input and output of the OID alias types (Add the input and output of the OID alias types #160), and the catalog visibility and comment functions (Add the catalog visibility and comment functions #161).No crate is published. The tests, clippy, fmt, the layer check, the style check and the generated file checks passed on server1.
