This adds the J8 q-error report for tamnd/rudb#1852, with the per-query rows and logs from
job-gate.py qerroron server2.With the consistent reduction off, the median q-error of rudb's top join is 12.4 against DuckDB's 141.8, the median over every join is 13.3 against 93.0, and rudb's worst join estimate is closer than DuckDB's in 89 of the 113 queries. The report names the 24 queries where it is not, which are mostly correlated dimension filters over
cast_infoandmovie_companies.The P-error half of the J8 report is not in this change.
