Wraps all 13 hardcoded strings in the pipeline editor (PipelineSaveBar, InlineEditableTitle, StageNode, PluginPalette, ConfigForm) with t() calls and adds the corresponding keys to en-US and fr-FR translation files. Adds a BottomTabBar component (hidden on md+) for mobile navigation, hides the sidebar on small screens, and removes the overflow-hidden constraints on ClassifierPage that were clipping the classify button. …labels Reduces page padding across all pages to px-4/py-6 on mobile, scaling up at sm: breakpoints. Stacks the Pipelines header and PipelineLibrary two-panel layout vertically on small screens. Gives the SourcePane textarea a min-height on mobile so it is usable without a fixed container height. Adds shortLabel support to BottomTabBar so "Configuration" renders as "Config" on narrow tabs.
