feat: Add optional AI coding assistant presets #2241

Description

@thepropotato

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Many developers use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) as part of their daily workflow. After creating a new project, they often spend time manually adding AI instruction files and coding guidelines. This setup is repetitive and inconsistent across projects.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

Add an optional AI setup during project creation.

Example:

  • None
  • Claude Code
  • Cursor
  • GitHub Copilot
  • Multiple

Based on the selection, generate the appropriate AI instruction/configuration files with a curated set of engineering guidelines (React, TypeScript, testing, performance, accessibility, etc.). This should be completely optional and not affect the generated application.

Describe alternate solutions

Continue documenting the setup externally or ask users to create these files manually after project creation. However, this leads to duplicated effort and inconsistent configurations.

Additional information

Before working on an implementation, I'd like to know if this aligns with the project's vision and whether the maintainers would be open to an optional AI preset in the CLI.
