Update the engine packfile reader to recognize explicit PAK32 and PAK64 format IDs in the PACK header. Keep PAK32 compatibility while adding PAK64 table parsing with 64-bit data offsets, data sizes, table offsets, and footer handling.

Store archive positions and file sizes internally as 64-bit values and add a 64-bit seek path for callers that need to move beyond the old int-sized API range. Packs that exceed the cached reader's int-sized filecache limits now fall back to the direct 64-bit reader instead of failing through cache math.

Preserve the int-sized public read API limit for normal assets, but allow verified large WebM playback through the streaming path. Oversized non-streamed assets are rejected explicitly instead of relying on caller behavior.

Increase pack entry path storage to the engine path buffer size while leaving MAX_FILENAME_LEN available for short names, display titles, and other filename-only fields.
Use 64-bit length and fixed-point position fields for loaded sound effects so long WAV samples do not wrap during playback. Keep reads chunked through the existing int-sized packfile API, and use the 64-bit seek path when skipping WAV chunks.
