Add explicit PAK32 and PAK64 format handling so newer engine builds and extractors can identify 64-bit packs while preserving PAK32 output for legacy engines. Set a hard 2 GB PAK32 data limit to avoid overflow and compatibility issues when users try to build large packs with the legacy format. Larger or new-engine-only archives should use PAK64. Refine format print output, archive limit messages, and internal helper names around format selection, path handling, and table writing.
