feat: clipboard support for Wayland via desktop portals - #211

Backport of deskflow/deskflow#9431. Sends clipboard data through the xdg-desktop-portal input-capture and remote-desktop portals via libportal, with text and image copy/paste working both directions. The libportal clipboard code is gated behind a CMake feature check. Removes the obsolete wl-clipboard backend and its unit tests. Also updates the Synergy overlay to drop references to the removed wl-clipboard setting and settings UI.
