Quantium Virtual Experience Program – Task 3

📌 Project Overview

This project was completed as part of the Quantium Data Analytics Virtual Experience Program on Forage.

Task 3 focuses on transforming analytical findings from Task 1 (Customer Analytics) and Task 2 (Experimentation & Uplift Testing) into a professional business presentation for the client.

The project follows Quantium's Pyramid Principle Framework to communicate insights, recommendations, and commercial outcomes in a concise and client-friendly manner.


🎯 Business Objective

The objective of this project is to:

  • Analyse customer purchasing behaviour
  • Identify high-value customer segments
  • Summarise trial store performance
  • Translate analytics into business insights
  • Present actionable commercial recommendations
  • Deliver a professional client presentation

  • Mainstream – Young Singles/Couples generated the highest chip sales.
  • Budget customers contributed significantly to category revenue.
  • Trial Stores 77 and 88 demonstrated positive sales uplift.
  • Store 86 showed comparatively lower improvement.
  • Customer segmentation revealed clear opportunities for targeted marketing.
  • Trial activities showed positive commercial impact in selected stores.
