Generates monthly pairing of people from a CSV (adds a trio if the count is odd). Auto-detects name/team/country/history columns, prefers cross-team/country matches, avoids repeat pairings, allows exclusions by partial name, validates everyone is used once, writes pairs.txt, and updates the CSV on confirmation.
