Stage 2 makes the resolved modelling contract the graph the public API
actually builds, and adds multi-table conversion.
- SemanticTableMapper now consumes a ResolvedModelingPlan: explicit
materialization, business-entity identity separated from source-row
identity, declared identity scope, and foreign keys whose target is
absent are retained as values, never fabricated as placeholders.
- Add SourceCatalog: accept declared structure (database metadata, CSVW,
R2RML, or explicit policy) with a profiler fallback, resolve foreign
keys across tables, hold governed vocabularies, and report declared
key/foreign-key mapping coverage. CatalogTableMapper drives the workflow.
- Add domain/normalization for datatype/date/timestamp/UTC normalization.
- Profiling no longer auto-adopts the first unique column as a key; it
emits key candidates with confidence and evidence and detects composite
  keys.
- Route construct_kg, the CLI, config, the technique registry, and the
benchmark runner through the semantic mapper by default; DirectTableMapper
is retained only as a named baseline (pipeline.structured_mapping=direct).
- Close modelling defects #1-#3; regenerate reports and the golden
benchmark rankings (semantic_table_mapper ranks first for CSV).
Exit gate: the employee gold fixture builds 8 employees, 3 departments,
8 department relationships, and 7 manager relationships with no duplicated
literals; declared key/FK mapping is 100%; re-ingestion yields zero
semantic delta; and equal business keys across files resolve by identity
scope.
…first unstructured pipeline

Consolidates the accumulated redesign into the release surface.

Structured -> graph:
- Default construction path is now the semantic pipeline: semantic column
profiler + resolved modelling plan (six agreeing schema projections) +
source catalog + semantic table mapper. Shared dimension nodes replace
duplicated categorical literals, foreign keys resolve across tables, and
missing FK targets are never fabricated as placeholders. DirectTableMapper
is retained as a named baseline.

Unstructured -> graph:
- Evidence-first pipeline with mandatory mention and claim ensembles, identity
  resolution/linking, attribute cues, and the SHACL/provenance promotion gate;
every promoted claim carries exact spans and complete provenance.

Evaluation:
- Formation, schema-quality, claim-coverage, and intended-use gates with
versioned thresholds; regenerated reports and golden benchmark rankings.

Reproducibility / release:
- Mandatory dependency set, models.manifest/lock, and the certification
substrate (preflight, execution plan, service locks) for the offline
zero-skip hard pass; registry reports and capability manifest regenerated.

…itecture

Add readable, diagram-driven documentation for the framework (Mermaid diagrams
render inline on GitHub):

- README: "Running every technique" guide (construct one graph across all source
types, compare techniques with the benchmark CLI, or run the full hard pass)
plus a documentation map. Registry framing aligned to the committed reports
(105 mandatory release techniques from a 165-technique research inventory).
- docs/architecture.md: hexagonal layers, core data flow, the technique
registry, and the certification hard pass.
- docs/techniques_structured_to_kg.md: semantic profiling, the resolved plan and
six projections, the source catalog, semantic materialization, standards
  mappings (R2RML/RML/CSVW/JSON-LD/OBDA), and semi-structured/event mappers.
- docs/techniques_unstructured_to_kg.md: the eleven-stage evidence-first
pipeline, the mention/claim ensembles, attribute cues, identity resolution
and linking, and the SHACL/provenance promotion gate.
- docs/evaluation_metrics.md: every metric with its calculation, the weighted
scoring engine, and the ideal threshold for each gate.
- docs/testing_guide.md: the test-to-technique map, gold fixtures, report gates,
and how to exercise each technique end to end.
- docs index updated; also carries the redesign's getting-started, modelling,
  and stage-by-stage doc updates.
