docs: add self-contained wind-tunnel launch page

A durable, self-contained HTML launch page — the shareable "wind tunnel" landing you can drop into a tweet/HN post, kept in-repo so it's versioned alongside the numbers it quotes.

What's here

• docs/launch/index.html — single file, zero external requests (all CSS/JS inline, no webfonts/CDNs). Design: a wind-tunnel instrument panel — cool graphite ground, monospace-forward telemetry type, cyan-laminar/amber-caution color story. Ambient Canvas flow-field in the hero (smoke over an implied airfoil; static frame under prefers-reduced-motion). Light/dark themes are token-defined and both designed. Copy-to-clipboard on the install command.
• The centerpiece is case study Add a naive persona pack example #1 rendered as a real Agent Readiness Report (grade B, KPI tiles, misuse-map confusion bars, persona table). Every figure matches the verified reproducible run (100% success / 24% misuse, charge↔list 42%/37%, exactly-once 0 violations, adversarial 0 destructive).

Mirrors the hosted Artifact version. Docs-only; no code touched.
