pip install -e . fails: agent-reliability-core is not published

Summary

The README's from-source install fails on a clean machine. pyproject.toml declares agent-reliability-core[render]>=0.1 as a dependency, and that distribution is not on PyPI.

Reproduction

git clone https://github.com/swarmproof/stampede && cd stampede
python -m venv .venv && .venv/bin/pip install -e .

Result:

ERROR: No matching distribution found for agent-reliability-core>=0.1

https://pypi.org/pypi/agent-reliability-core/json returns 404, and there is no agent-reliability-core repository in the organisation.

Workaround

The package is vendored in-tree at core/src/agent_reliability_core, so installing it first succeeds:

.venv/bin/pip install -e './core[render]'
.venv/bin/pip install -e .

After that the CLI works and the case-study run completes.

Suggested fix

Any one of:

• Publish agent-reliability-core to PyPI.
• Declare the in-tree copy as a path dependency so a single pip install -e . resolves it.
• Document the two-step install in the README until one of the above lands.

The README currently presents the one-step install as the from-source path, so a first-time user hits this before anything else.
