Target-side spans now emit
swarmproof.fault.kind(the specific fault, e.g.card_declined) andswarmproof.run.seed, matching the sharedagent_reliability_core.traceattribute registry. Replacesswarmproof.fault.{injected,type,source,error}; the presence offault.kinddenotes an applied fault. Lets mockworld target-side spans join a stampede report on the fault dimension without a translation layer.Verification
94 tests pass; NDJSON and OTLP export both carry the new attributes; twine check passes.
